By creating an account, accessing, or using the Hive website, dashboard, mods, or configurators (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any server IP addresses registered against it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, share credentials, or are used to circumvent licensing restrictions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active, paid subscription or licence, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our mods on the DayZ server IP address(es) registered to your account.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly share, or make available our mods or configurator outputs to any third party, including on other servers not registered to your account. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source of any mod is prohibited.

Some products are offered on a subscription or fixed-term licence basis. Fees are as displayed at the time of purchase and are charged in advance.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the point of sale, payments are non-refundable once access to a mod or download has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us via Discord and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Your account has a maximum number of server IP addresses you may register, as shown on your dashboard. Licences are tied to the registered server IP(s) and are not valid on unregistered servers.

We may verify server activity (including via third-party services such as BattleMetrics) to confirm compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service without our written permission.

All mods, configurators, branding, and content provided as part of the Service remain the intellectual property of Hive and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Mods interact with third-party game servers and software we do not control, and we do not guarantee compatibility with every server configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or server availability, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; outstanding fees for the current billing period remain payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
